These terms govern how ThinkGroup Psychology may be used, what the directory and editorial pages are for, and where our responsibility ends. They apply to every visitor, reviewer and practitioner who interacts with the site.
ThinkGroup is a review-driven directory and editorial hub. We publish structured client feedback about consultation style, waiting times, session fees, medical aid claims, telehealth options and intake experience, alongside plain-language explainers on referrals, registration and switching practitioners. We are not a clinic, we do not employ the practitioners listed, and nothing on the site is a substitute for assessment, diagnosis or treatment by a registered professional.
When you submit a review, you confirm it reflects your own experience, that you have not been paid or instructed to write it, and that you will not include another person's identifying details or clinical information. Reviews may be edited for length, spelling or clarity, and removed if they contain abuse, defamation, promotional content or claims we cannot verify.
Practitioners who claim a listing are responsible for the accuracy of their registration details, session formats, languages offered and availability. Claiming a listing does not remove or alter existing reviews, and responses to feedback must stay factual and civil.
Listings, reviews and articles are provided as general information. We do not guarantee that any practitioner is suitable for your situation, that a listed slot is available, or that a medical aid claim will be approved. To the extent permitted by law, ThinkGroup is not liable for decisions you take based on site content, for the conduct of any practitioner or client, or for indirect losses arising from use of the directory. Nothing here excludes rights you hold under South African consumer law.
We may suspend or close an account, remove a review or withdraw a listing if these terms are breached, if content is reported as false, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the site at any time and may ask us to delete a review you submitted.
These terms may be updated as the directory grows or as regulations change. The revised version takes effect when it is published on this page, and continued use of the site after that point means you accept it. Material changes will be flagged on the page itself.
